Step 2: Apply decor items of choice around picture frame using SuperWeld Light Activated Instant Glue to adhere to picture frame surface, pressing firmly to surface.

Step 3: Shine the blue light on the SuperWeld applications for an instant cure. Otherwise, allow to dry fully before placing picture inside of frame and displaying.
