Step 1: Turn off the water supply. Clean and dry the area. Gently sand the area around the crack with sandpaper to create a slightly rough texture. Wipe away dust.
Step 2: Remove the resealable cap, press down on the plunger, and squeeze equal amounts onto a disposable surface. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3: Use the mixing stick or your gloved fingers to press the epoxy firmly into the crack. Ensure the entire length of the crack is filled, and slightly overlap the edges for added strength. Smooth the surface with the mixing stick for a clean finish.
Step 4: Allow the epoxy to cure for at least 5 hours for a strong hold. Full cure strength is reached in 24 hours. Avoid turning the water supply back on until the repair is fully cured.
