J-B Weld Wood Filler provides long-lasting, permanent repairs on damaged wood. It can be used for interior and exterior repair. The formula is ideal for touch-ups, fixing cracks, chips, scratches, holes and more. J-B Weld Wood Filler can be used for both shallow and deep fills, it is recommended to apply the material in 1/8" layers. Shallow fills less than 1/4" dry in 2-6 hours and deeper fills may take up to 24 hours. Once dry the material can be sanded by hand or with an orbital sander. It can be painted and stained with latex or oil based products.
