WaterClear 2" Deep Pour Epoxy allows for deep pours up to 2" and resists yellowing, scratching, and impact. WaterClear 2" can be mixed with dyes to add coloring to the epoxy and can be sanded once it is fully cured.

Prepare

Measure & Mix

Pour

Remove Bubbles

Dry

Prepare

Clean and dry surface area of dust and debris. Complete the project in a room between 70-80°F and humidity below 60%. Assemble necessary tools. If the surface is porous, add a seal coat before starting.

Measure & Mix

Mix Resin and hardener thoroughly in 2:1 ratio for 5-7 minutes. Add color pigment if desired.

Pour

Pour the mixture in a zigzag motion using a rubber squeegee or brush to guide the material. Pour to ½" to 2" thickness. If a thicker application is desired, add additional layers.

Remove Bubbles

Pop the bubbles by sweeping a heat gun about 6 inches away from the surface at a 45° angle.

Dry

Cover project. It will set in 24-48 hours and fully cure in 72 hours.
