Recently, the CV joint on my car came completely loose from the transaxle and tore a hole approximately 1" wide by 3" long in the transmission case. The cost to replace the transmission case was approximately $3,400. I spent an afternoon cleaning and patching the hole with J-B Weld with the transmission in place (in the vehicle). After about 24 hours I began driving the vehicle and have had no problems with it. Great product!
